The NH School Transportation Saf-C 1300 Rules that were approved by JLCAR and adopted by the Commissioner of the NH Department of Motor Vehicles became effective on November 10, 2013. These rules have not yet been posted to the Office of Legislative Services website but they are in effect. The link below provides a copy of these rules.
