Membership in the N. H. School Transportation Association is open to school bus contractors, school districts, private schools, churches, etc. with owned or leased buses,
school districts whose contractor is a current member of the association, bus and body manufacturers, and suppliers of materials for school bus fleets. Association operates
on a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year, and dues can be prorated for the first year of membership based on the prorating schedule below.

*DUES PAYMENT POLICY*
The fiscal year of the N. H. School Transportation Association is July 1 to June 30, and dues are payable in advance.
Renewal dues notices sent July 1 are payable upon receipt.
However, when new members join during the fiscal year, the following policy will apply:
JOINING BETWEEN JULY 1 AND SEPTEMBER 30: Full current fiscal year's dues are payable.
JOINING BETWEEN OCTOBER 1 AND DECEMBER 31: 75 percent of current year's dues are payable.
JOINING BETWEEN JAN. 1 AND MARCH 31: 50 percent of current year's dues are payable.
JOINING BETWEEN APRIL 1 AND JUNE 30: Pay full current year's dues. Payment will qualify organization to receive balance of current year, and full upcoming fiscal year for
this single fee.
